Mike McCall has testified many times regarding white collar civil and criminal investigations providing his expertise both from the private sector as well as his time with IRS-CID, RTC and the FBI. Mike also has the unique expertise, from his time on the FBI Evidence Response Team, of seeing the importance of proper evidence collection, chain of custody issues as well as the proper preservation of that evidence.
In his most recent testimony in federal court, Mike testified to evidence that was collected seven years prior to the date of his expert testimony. Never an easy task to positively identify evidence that was seized seven (7) years ago, especially in a world where so many people can’t remember what they ate for breakfast yesterday. MPM Consulting has expert witnesses that are based in Massachusetts but are available nationwide.
