Person location — also known as skip tracing — is the investigative process of finding individuals who have moved, gone into hiding, or otherwise become unreachable. A “skip” is someone who has left without a trace, whether they’ve absconded with money, evaded legal obligations, or simply disappeared from contact.

Professional person location goes far beyond simple database searches. It involves collecting and analyzing financial records, employment history, phone records, social connections, and public records to develop a probable location. Each piece of information is verified before being acted upon, because pursuing false leads wastes time and resources.
